Custom order questions

Have any questions before ordering?

Depending on what type of printing, you can get as low as one garment printed.

Of course! At your request, we can send you images of samples of prior work.

Pricing is specifically calculated based on each individual order. Many factors affect the cost (print method, quantities, colours used).

We do not have a pricing list or price chart to give you the fairest pricing possible.

All production is done in Surrey.

Custom orders can take anywhere from 1-10 business days for a standard sized order. Orders of 1,000 pieces or more can take longer.

For custom orders, you will be sent an invoice to be paid upon receipt.

No. All work is done upon payment. You'll get a digital sample to approve after your order.

Yes. Under normal circumstances, most rush orders can be taken. There is an upcharge on all rush orders.

Design questions

Sending in your own art and don't know how to begin?

Depending on the type of printing, you can use an infinite amount. DTG, DTF, and sublimation can use full scale colours.

Screen printing, embroidery, vinyl, and tackle twill use more limited colours.

It's recommended you have your own artwork so it's exactly how you want it to look .

If you don't have artwork, we can work with you on making a custom design for the type of printing you're looking for. This will increase the time your order will be in production.

More elaborate designs will incur an art charge. Our custom artwork rate is £50 an hour.

Colours that don't get paired with Pantones are automatically matched as closely as possible on the customers behalf.

If you'd like a specific Pantone and we don't have it, we can get threads, inks, or solvents for your order.

Yes. If you send us detailed pictures we can match it as closely as possible. For optimal results, you can send us the garment and we will return it with your new one.

A vector file is always preferred but we accept jpg, png, psd, gif, pdf, svg, tiff, ai.

Web store set up

Got a question about a creating a Web Store order?

Unlike competitors, there is no time limit on Embify Web Stores. Your teams store can be ordered from year round.

There is no minimum to start a web store.

There is no set up charge for Embify to create a web store for your organization.

A better question is what aren't the benefits?

The organizer doesn't have to collect money, forms, or worry about chasing up people to make orders. You also don't have to make deliveries or drop offs. You won't have a box of miscellaneous items from the previous season or last years uniform.

We carry a wide range of garments in an even wider range of colours. From Nike polos to Adidas caps all the way to plain and simple Gildan t-shirts.

An entire team can be outfitted with a shirt that's had an embroidered logo with a vinyl name and number and direct to transfer full colour sponsor. There are no limits.

For large team or organization orders, we recommend contacting us and doing a full size run order of a blank garment to make sure everything is sized properly.

Setting up a Web Store usually takes 3 business days once all garments are finalized. We can set one up faster if necessary, just let us know.

Find the most frequently asked questions below.

All customized orders are non refundable unless the item is damaged upon receipt.

For team orders, sometimes there's confusion about who has what number. We'll catch people who have double ordered on the same team to confirm if it's correct unless it's a repeat order.

Of course. If your partner, kids, friends and family want to grab some gear too, they're more than welcome to order unless the Web Store organizer says otherwise.

You should have received the link to your organisation's Web Store directly from the organiser.

Your order is shipped directly from us to you.

You'll receive a tracking number to your email. If you haven't received one, don't hesitate to reach out to us.

It depends on the items that you've ordered. Some garments take longer for manufacturers to ship out than others. We attempt to get all items in hand within 10 business days after everything is confirmed.

Contact us prior to ordering at orders@embify.com and let us know what organisation you're ordering with and what items you're looking for so we can check stock to see if it's possible to accommodate.
